Cancellation Policy
All reschedules and cancellations must be 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Please ensure you have a clear, level driveway with access to electricity & water. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit if the appointment is unable to be completed. DEMATTING FEE - Individual matts taking longer than fifteen minutes to brush out will need to be clipped or scissored out. As this increases the duration of the groom it will incur a fee depending on the severity of the matting.
