Puppies can really struggle with grooming which is why it is so important that they are desensitised slowly to the various sights, sounds & feelings involved. Exposing a puppy to a full groom when they are not ready can cause them to develop a bad relationship with grooming which may last for the rest of their life. In this service we get expose your puppy to the various processes involved in grooming, this is done in a controlled manner and gradually increased them until your puppy is able to be taken through a full groom without stuggling. **THIS SERVICE INCLUDES A HYDROBATH
Cancellation Policy
All reschedules and cancellations must be 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit. Please ensure you have a clear, level driveway with access to two seperate electricity connections & a water connection. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit if the appointment is unable to be completed. DEMATTING FEE - Matts taking longer than fifteen minutes to brush out will need to be clipped or scissored out. As this increases the duration of the groom it will incur a fee of $30 every 15 minutes.
